Most companies use various software tools to manage their businesses, creating unnecessary and time-wasting efforts to shuffle data from one tool to the next.

While established, well-resourced corporations pay hundreds of thousands of dollars a year and hire sophisticated teams to manage the connection of software and platforms for optimized workflow, it leaves smaller businesses scrambling to keep up.

MindCloud is bringing these large-company capabilities to small businesses. Since 2020, MindCloud CEO and founder Jamie Royce has been making it his mission to give smaller businesses the same treatment industry leaders receive in software integration automation.

“Companies that are looking to aggressively grow their business don’t have the same resources as their bigger competitors,” Royce said. “Smaller and medium-sized businesses deserve to have the ability to integrate their software without spending a fortune.”

Royce spent 20 years as a database integration lead and consultant for businesses optimizing systems integration.

“I kept seeing more and more companies using archaic services for manual data entry where there was clearly room for a robust integration platform service,” he said. “Once I realized there were little to no options for smaller businesses to leverage this type of service, I knew that I had something to develop and offer.”

The company bills on development costs and a monthly retainer.

From its headquarters in wine country, Royce and his West Coast team work together providing client-based services to meet their specific needs. He has dubbed the company’s market as Integration Platform as a Service with the elimination of manual data entry.

“We are the integration partner so growing businesses can focus their expertise, and we handle what we’re experts at,” he said.
